Returns
At clothingseasalt.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items to us within 28 days of receipt.
How to Return Your Items
- Online Purchases – You can return items bought online by logging into your account and following the returns process. Alternatively, you can complete a returns form and include it with your parcel.
- In-Store Purchases – Items bought in-store can be returned to any of our shops, provided you have your proof of purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, face coverings, or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken.
- Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except for faulty items.
